Our hydraulic breaker chisel are high-quality, reliable, robust, and durable. They are the right choice to protect your breaker investment, helping to reduce lifecycle costs and improve availability.
Every year, our factory produces thousands of chisel tools, all manufactured and processed using advanced machining techniques and technology to ensure our finished products meet high-quality standards. Our production process begins with selecting premium alloy steel, which then undergoes specialized heat treatment and final surface shot blasting. The result is a high-end product with exceptional hardness and wear resistance, delivering superior durability in demanding applications such as road construction, demolition, trenching, quarrying, tunneling, and mining. Let our chisel tools help you boost productivity and lower operating costs.
Product Introduction
The chisels serve three primary functions:
1. Transmitting the piston’s full impact energy to the rock for maximum efficiency.
2. Delivering high wear resistance, helping to control operating costs of the hydraulic breaker.
3. Protecting the hydraulic breaker’s key components from damage.
All chisel tools are manufactured to fully comply with GOODB breaker designs, tolerances, and performance standards.
Featuring a uniquely engineered impact surface, our chisels achieve flawless flatness (imperceptible to the naked eye). This ensures the piston strikes the entire surface uniformly, maximizing energy transfer to the rock.
Conversely, an uneven impact surface would cause the piston to strike the chisel with highly irregular energy distribution. This could inflict severe damage to critical components, including the piston itself, lower hammer assembly, and cylinder.
GOODB Chisel Tools are manufactured from special high-purity alloys.
The superior purity of these alloys minimizes weak points that could lead to crack formation, significantly reducing the risk of chisel breakage. This is particularly critical when impurities are located on or near the surface, where they can easily initiate fractures.
The high-purity composition allows for deeper case hardening without altering the material’s technical specifications, while maintaining a softer core. This unique combination enables our tools to better withstand bending stresses and deliver extended service life. The hardened surface layer (which gradually wears down) remains substantially thicker compared to non-genuine chisel tools, providing superior durability.
GOODB offers a comprehensive range of working chisels. Selecting the right tool for your specific application helps maximize productivity while reducing operating costs.
Hardness Ratio Between Piston and Chisel Tool Impact Surface
The optimal hardness ratio between the chisel tool’s impact surface and the piston is critical. An improper ratio can cause severe damage—either to the piston (if the chisel tool is harder) or to the chisel tool itself (if the piston is harder).
GOODB Chisel Tools: Precision Engineering from Raw Material to Finished Product
The pursuit of excellence begins with selecting premium raw materials – the foundational step in ensuring GOODB chisel tools’ superior quality. These materials then undergo advanced machining processes and state-of-the-art heat treatment to guarantee consistent characteristics in every tool produced.
This manufacturing consistency enables accurate prediction of performance and durability when replacing with new GOODB chisel tools. Furthermore, customers can be assured that all tools passing our rigorous quality control demonstrate identical performance characteristics within the same production batch.
